Why should I open a Nekhi account?

Having a Nekhi account is not mandatory to shop our beautiful jewelry; you can place an order even without signing up. However, having an account offers several benefits that enhance your shopping experience:

  • Track your orders & review past purchases.
  • Manage your account details, address book and email preferences.
  • Add to wish list option. 

Is shopping at Nekhi secure?

Yes, shopping at Nekhi is completely secure. For making payments, you are routed to the websites of our payment partners (PayU and Paytm) which are completely secure. This routing of sensitive payment related content is done through https security.

Why No COD?

Nekhi has only prepaid options to place an order, we have people ordering from us throughout the country! We apologize for the inconvenience, but COD is not available with our courier partners. However, rest assured that we are dedicated to delivering your chosen product safely to your doorstep.  We encourage you to explore our client reviews highlights on Instagram, where you can witness the satisfaction our customers have experienced. 

How will I know the order is confirmed?
After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. If you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox, we kindly ask you to check your junk or spam mail folder, as it may have been filtered there by mistake. If you didn't receive confirmation within 24 hours . Are there any additional charges (sales tax, octroi etc) on items?
There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Nekhi. The prices listed for all items are final (exclusive shipping)

Do you have gifting options?
Yes, we have gifting options to send to your loved ones GIFT CARD. 

How can I cancel my order?
We have no cancellation policy, once the order is placed you can't cancel the order. We also don't have exchange/return and refund policy. 

Are the colours of products shown on the website Accurate?
Due to monitor or screen display settings, there may be variation in colors of the products. However, we try to display the colour as accurately as possible. Some products may appear smaller or larger than their actual size. 

Is my package Insured?

We would like to inform you that all items from Nekhi are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit to the designated shipping address. However, it is important to note that once the items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

In the event that your package arrives with visible damage, we strongly advise you not to accept the parcel. By refusing to accept a damaged parcel, you can ensure that appropriate action is taken to resolve the issue and protect your rights as a customer.

I think I may have forgotten my password or email ID. What do I do now?
With so many passwords to keep a track of, this is bound to happen, you can reset your password anytime by providing your registered email id and click on forgot password, you will receive a confirmation mail on your Inbox, reset your password and your good to go!

There’s an error that keeps popping up, every time I checkout. What should I do?
